Founder & CEOIsaac VanCuren founded INV Development to originate, entitle, and develop land across the central United States. He comes from a background in agriculture, which gave him an appreciation and understanding that land is something worked, stewarded, and improved over time that continues to shape how he evaluates every parcel.
Before moving into real estate, Isaac built his early career inside a Fortune 500 company, advancing quickly along a competitive corporate track. There he learned how disciplined organizations underwrite risk, structure transactions, and execute at scale - rigor he now brings to private land and development.
He has since originated and advanced land, residential, commercial, and development opportunities across Indiana and adjacent Midwest markets. He is based in Carmel, Indiana.
Kimberly Swain
Director of Strategy and DevelopmentKimberly Swain serves as Director of Strategy and Development at INV Development. A real estate investor and developer for more than a decade, Kimberly has built and now operates a large portfolio of residential and industrial properties concentrated in downtown Indianapolis, with development experience extending to central Indiana and the west coast of Mexico. Her career spans the full life of a deal: sourcing and acquiring assets, managing renovation and construction, structuring financing with lending partners, and operating properties for the long term.
That end-to-end perspective is what she brings to the team. Kimberly directs strategy across the platform’s markets and asset classes, oversees the advancement of projects through entitlement, and brings structure to execution. The team moves faster and with greater confidence because of the preparation, coordination, and discipline she puts behind company operations.
