Jalen Pleak serves on the acquisition team at INV Development. A results-driven professional, he believes success starts with relationships, and he has built his career on delivering meaningful outcomes while earning the trust of clients, colleagues, and partners. His people are everything to him, and he takes pride in creating lasting connections that lead to mutual growth, collaboration, and success.

Before joining INV Development, Jalen built his experience in warehousing and logistics, developing a working knowledge of the facilities, operations, and supply chains that industrial real estate exists to serve. That operator's perspective informs how he evaluates industrial sites and the end users they need to attract.

Outside of work, Jalen is a devoted husband and father who values family above all else. His wife, child, and their beagle, Cooper, keep him grounded and motivated every day. Whether spending time at home or making new memories together, he believes the strongest relationships are the foundation for both personal and professional fulfillment.
