Acquisitions

Matt Wehner serves on the acquisition team at INV Development. He brings more than four years of experience in real estate investment sales, where he worked with property owners and investors and developed a disciplined, numbers-first approach to evaluating opportunities.

Along the way, Matt built strong underwriting skills that he still leans on today - a practical sense for what a property is worth, what it can become, and whether an opportunity holds up. It keeps his work grounded while he focuses on what matters most: finding the right deals and the right partners.

A native of the Pendleton area, Matt knows the communities north and east of Indianapolis firsthand. Outside of work, he prioritizes time with his friends and family.
