Before joining INV Development, Owen worked for a consultative manufacturing company, partnering with industrial facilities to identify operational challenges and develop tailored solutions for complex environments. That work built a strong foundation in relationship management, strategic problem-solving, and business development - disciplines he now brings to sourcing and advancing land opportunities.
A graduate of Indiana University, Owen is passionate about real estate, entrepreneurship, and using data-driven insight to uncover new opportunities. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, fishing, pickleball, and time with friends.
