Konner Stahl serves on the acquisition team at INV Development. A lifelong Columbus native, he brings an in-depth understanding of the Southern Indiana market: zoning considerations, neighborhood growth patterns, and emerging development opportunities. That local knowledge, paired with a forward-thinking approach, helps him identify projects that strengthen both communities and long-term investment potential.

Before entering real estate, Konner spent more than six years in property maintenance, gaining hands-on experience with residential construction, building systems, and property operations. That practical foundation shapes how he evaluates development sites, new construction, redevelopment projects, and investment properties.

Konner believes successful development begins with strong relationships and thoughtful planning. Whether coordinating with builders, assisting landowners through the sale process, or helping clients navigate new construction, he is committed to clear communication, honest guidance, and solutions tailored to each project's goals - creating value while helping shape the future of Southern Indiana.

Outside of work, Konner enjoys attending football, baseball, and basketball games, spending time outdoors, and making memories with family and friends.
